📦 Eligibility for Return & Refund

You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, without any damages and with all original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging intact.

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email) is required for processing returns.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received in a damaged or incorrect condition.

💥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Defective or not functioning as described

  • Not the item you ordered

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@ayemeh.in with:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product and packaging

We will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, subject to verification.

🚚 Shipping Delays & Non-Delivery

AYEMEH.IN partners with reliable logistics providers. However, in the case of unexpected delays due to natural disasters, customs, strikes, or courier issues:

  • We will make every effort to update you on revised delivery timelines.

  • In case of non-delivery beyond 15 days, you may request a full refund or replacement.

❌ Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened personal care, hygiene, or food items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

🔄 Refund Process & Timelines

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
